To open an account on MatriCS, you need to fill form

• For UPJV members :
  • pdf form version, odt form version.
• For non-UPJV members within a well-established collaboration with UPJV :
  • pdf form version for external, odt form version for external.

Once filled in, the form is to be sent by mail preferably as a scanned document.
