Description
DSI Studio is a tractography software for diffusion MRI, fiber tracking, and connectome analysis. The software maps brain connections and links the results to neuropsychological disorders. It is a collective implementation of several diffusion MRI (dMRI) methods, including diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), generalized q-sampling imaging (GQI), q-space diffeomorphic reconstruction (QSDR), diffusion MRI connectomics, and generalized deterministic fiber tracking.
